While the window on asphalt paving is quickly coming to a close for the year due to the temperature, wouldn't it have made perfect sense to have the Bell road and Stewarts Ferry intersection milled and repaved while Bell road was closed to to through traffic??? But that makes way to much sense, and that's why it hasn't been done.

Per a field inspection, the intersection of Bell Rd and Stewarts Ferry Pk qualify for paving. Based upon the overall condition index (OCI) and the projected available funding these roads could be paved within the next 2 to3 years.
