Cars travelling at 60 plus miles per hour morning noonand night. Speed humps are absolutely useless and used as a launching pad. Speed cameras placed at intervals on the road would generate a lot of revenue which could then fund other projects.
I seriously worry that someone is going to be killed or seriously injured. A residential road is not a race track nor should it be a cut through.
Furthermore there is a school on the road too and parents are frantic with worry

Yes, I totally agree. While I do not live on this road, I see this happen in my subdivision as well.
I wish the LAPD would start speed traps in subdivisions, or camera systems for automated ticketing, instead of just putting the meter patrols to get tickets. Get truly dangerous stuff stopped and make the revenues. Who really cares if someone is over 10 minutes on their meter.

Since no one is apparently watching this area, perhaps sending a link to the town officials in your area might elicit a response.
This problem should be addressed by the Sheriff's office in some way.

Roscomare Road is not as some people call it, 'The Little 405.'
There is a grade school right on Roscomare Road.
Sparing a lengthy explanation, there is little choice for people living to the south but to walk their kids to school in the morning. There are no sidewalks for long stretches.
I heard about this website from a friend who suggested I set up my video camera, tagging to government agencies, and posting them on YouTube.
