They own the sidewalk too or do they maintain the trim? The ficus bushes have been encroaching for some time. Clear evidence is that the southmost portion of the sidewalk is dark with grime from lack of use while the northmost portion is white from travel.

Has nothing to do with questions; the sidewalk being impeded poses a direct hazard to travel; a wheelchair could not properly traverse this walk the way it currently is and there is no other option on this portion of the road.
