Ever since I've lived here Newhall street lowes/in-n-out back streets have always had graffiti on the power plant walls, tall shrubs on both sides of the street. Mobile homes part there and leave trash. Please fix this! The neighborhood is going downhill.

I have been waiting over one month to hear back on whether or not my concerns are being heard? I have no lights on my street and it is not safe. Who is responsible for this area? Please get me a response and or a contact number.
