This dog is chained 24x7. He has no shade and his dog house has been in pieces for months. This owner does nothing but occasionally feed and water. I pass by this house twice every day.
The dog is just on the ground in all types of weather. I am requesting a welfare check and the demand for the dog to be treated better within the confines of the law.
