8-10 houses on Bertie Dr, between Culpepper and Chatham, still have their trash bins sitting curbside, 3 days after pickup.

Apologies. It's because although we put our cans out the night before pick up, our trash was not collected. We assumed they may have changed schedule and left them out longer.
