Cannot Sleep. DOGS BARK NONSTOP. never stop. police called they stop and start again. The homes at 3204 and 3208 Harlin dr have dogs barking nonstop. I havent had a good night sleep in 5 years. The owners are home but dont care. their 3 dogs bark and the neighbors' dogs bark. PLEASE HELP PLEASE- no one seems to stop them. I have hadheart surgeries and need to rest. Please help
