The Department of Public Works has received this issue and will report it to the appropriate utility company for resolution.

I reached out to Eversource... They are the only ones who cut down the limbs near power lines. You can contact them directly on their Emergency number at 1-800-592-2000.

This was my response from Eversource...
A request for a field investigation has been submitted for the location. An Eversource representative will review the situation to determine responsibility and scope of work.
Please note, the initial site visit may take up to 4 weeks, with emergency work being prioritized first. In addition, depending on the scope of work and location of the wire & tree(s), you may need to contact an independent tree crew.

Thank you for reaching out to Eversourse but that is only part of the problem, This tree is on public property and desperately needs to be pruned. The picture submitted shows the issue with the wires but also shows dead leaves on dead branches, I was only able to submit one photo, I have other photos from different angles and will be happy to send to you if desired.
