Issue has not been resolved still a hazard at night

The issue may be 300 + days old but nothing has been done about it and I get jolted when I have to go over it 3-4 times per day. I am on a disability scooter and even the slightest jolt is painful.

It is still a problem because it is a bump when I go over it with my mobility scooter.

I keep reporting on this issue but nothing is ever done. I keep getting juried around when I am out on my mobility scooter when going over this. Hard to avoid unless I'm going to be denied the use of the sidewalks on my own street.
