This is in reference to the whole block of townhouse in that strip starting with 220. Major flooding and standing water for days, weeks in between town homes of the public easement after any amount of rain. Mosquitoes are are problem in the summer. Public Utilitiy boxes are in the water with exposed wires. HOA association has been notified and nothing has happened.
