Sharraxaadda

The panel at the SE corner of Madison and Delaware had been broken and deteriorating for over a year. It's been repeatedly damaged by cars turning too close to the curs. It is cracked, sunken, and hazardous. Rain and debris collects in it making a puddle one has to step over or splash through. In the winter, it fills with snow and ice. It makes crossing an already busy intersection harder. It's been reported two or three times before, but has simply gotten worse.
