I have witnessed many crashes and near misses living right in front of this intersection. There are many ways in which these crashes and near accidents occur. For the most part, the cars who do make the stop sign at Lincoln Avenue make the mistake of assuming the car coming up or down Maple Avenue also has one and will stop, at other times, drivers on both ways of Lincoln Avenue completely miss the stop sign.
