How has this been resolved? I just went down and checked. It looks as if someone may have swept the corner.

I guess I am not clear in my complaint. The new (poured 2011) sidewalk still is blocking the drainage. There is going to be cronic issue of flooding/puddling/pedestrians getting splashed at this corner.

In previous years, all the water in the gutter would clear that corner and go down the storm drain at 23 and valley. Now it pools in the street on telegraph.

The puddle (that was still there after you closed this, it was just a little smaller) is just a symptom of the problem. It shows that the gutter no longer flows.

This picture shows the puddle at a size that you might be able to hop over it. It can get much worse, however, to the point that it isn't possible to safely cross the street as a pedestrian. Passing cars splash the water up on the the sidewalk. There really should be a drain here.
