Drivers constantly speed down Highland Ave and either tap their brakes or just drive through the Stop sign on the corner of Highland and Pearl Aves. If a Ridley Township cop is looking to make some money ticketing people this would be a great place to look for violators. It is very dangerous and there are always children playing out there.
