Thank you for the question. The stoplight at Larpenteur/Snelling is managed by Ramsey County along with the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Ramsey County Public Works can be found at: http://www.co.ramsey.mn.us/pw while MN Dot information can be found at http://www.dot.state.mn.us/
The city does not manage the timing of the light, but we have passed along your concerns to the appropriate authorities.
