Description
The city recently replaced the curb ramp at the SE corner of Boulevard & Hanover. The ramp and associated curb and gutter was not graded properly and, as a result, water constantly collects at the base of the ramp with nowhere to go. There are two storm drains on both sides of the ramp but the water simply can't get there.
