Just saw this guy walking in the street on the 9400 block of Clendenen Way from Roseport toward Tallyho. Not sure whether this particular photo depicts any criminal activity, but it looked odd to me that he was hauling so much junk on garbage pick-up day. Also, he has a flashlight mounted to his hat which likely indicates he has been adding to his collection for at least a few hours. Not sure of his destination.
