Sharraxaadda

This sunken manhole is on the northbound side of Ridge Avenue at Lehigh Avenue. It is 6 to 8 inches below the rest of the road surface and will result in severe front end damage to a car and possible loss of control. I can see a major liability issue for the City. This has bee a hazardous condition for the past 5 years.
