The existing five (5) section signal head operates in a similar manner as the four (4) section flashing yellow arrow (FYA) signal head. Regardless, our records show this signal is owned by the City of Seminole and maintained by Pinellas County via contract (see attached GIS screen grab). A request to change out of these existing 5 section signal heads to a FYA signal heads would have to come from the City of Seminole as they would be responsible for all cost associated with the change out.

This issue will be reassigned to the City for thier consideration.
