Travellers on New Hope Rd are led to falsely believe it is safe to pass in the area where these two roads intersect with NHR. VERY unsafe if a pass is initiated due to broken yellow lines and then a car enters NHR from either Latimer or High Cliff. Solution: Simply paint two solid yellow "no passing" lines.
