Please do something about this. These carts are blocking the sidewalk and have now attracted trash dumping as there are a number of cardboard boxes and other debris piling up. I cannot take a picture due to the busy intersection and lack of a place to safely pull over. There is also another collection of carts forming down by the Wendy's near the intersection of Bland and Hardimont, across from the Montecito Apts.
