Description

Dear City of Sandy Springs Code Enforcement,

I am writing to file a formal noise complaint regarding the blatant disregard for noise regulations by the tenant of unit 22, 346 Carpenter Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328, Cathleen Reinhardt. This is the first complaint of many, as there have been dozens of prior violations that have prompted a request for the city to intervene and resolve the issue with her dogs. Ms. Reinhardt walks her dogs, who routinely bark loudly, disrupting the quiet, once-peaceful, condominium complex. At no point does Ms. Reinhardt attempt to quell their loud barking. The times of the occurrences range from 7:30 PM to many times past 11:00 and nearing 12:00 PM at night.

The noise from this unit has been consistently disruptive and has greatly affected the quality of life for myself and my neighbors. Despite multiple requests for the tenant to comply with noise regulations, the violations have continued on a regular basis. The noise is particularly bad at night and on weekends, making it impossible for those living in the surrounding units to get a good night's sleep.

I respectfully request that the City of Sandy Springs Code Enforcement takes immediate action to address this ongoing problem and enforce the regulations in place to ensure a peaceful and quiet living environment for all residents.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely & Sleep-deprived,
Laurel Grove residents
