Deskripsyon

A tree fell on my property in June. It took 1 month for the county to remove the damage and cut the tree which was in there right way. However, my fence was left in complete ruins and I was informed by public works that it would be replaced or I would be compensated. Five months later, nothing has been done and calls are not being returned.

I was informed that Metro legal would estimate the cost of the fence in November. I have not been contacted by Metro nor has the fence been replaced.

The tree was removed in a timely fashion. The problem is Metro Legal who has not responded to this issued or acknowledged the issue.

It does not seem as if this will be resolved due to poor representation from my council person and metro legal. I guess I'll have to fix it myself. Thank you for all you have done.
