Description

I had posted this a few weeks ago, and it was closed last week. But I drove through this intersection last night, and only two cars could get through the left turn signal at a time.

From my last issue:
"The timing of the left turn signal from Eastbound Laburnum onto Northbound Brook only lasts long enough for two or three cars to turn. This is significantly shorter than it was a few months ago, and causes the left turn traffic to back up into the travel lane at evening rush hour."
