these traffic lights are mute at this intersection. it's not a crosswalk anymore and it creates traffic backup. traffic stops in the middle of Bergen Ave crosswalk creates traffic and unsafe passage of pedestrians. Such red lights should be intermittent not a solid red . solid red is creating the traffic to stop and eventually when the light changes to make a left into Bergen Ave is impossible because traffic it's at a stop. the problem? it's those traffic lights that are red. red is not needed because that crosswalk doesn't exist anymore because of the construction .
