Over the pass several weeks, I have noticed that N Elam, from Pembroke to Cornwallis, has become a strip for speeders and wild driving. There is a "Doughnut" burnout in the intersection of Pembroke and N Elam, and I have seen/heard several car driving way too fast for this quite neighborhood.
