Description

Northeast corner Chapel and Norton. Large flood all the way to building doors yesterday. Basin clogged with leaves and trash.

Cleaned week ending 1/16/14. This is a problem catch basin which frequently clogs due to trash dropped outside the conveience stores. Please re-post if problem recurs. ISSUE CLOSED
