Description

The traffic lights on Korean Veterans Blvd. for 1st and 2nd ave. seem to be times wrong today and traffic is very backed up. Traffic on 1st Ave is blocking the intersection and then only a few cars can get through. It took 4 cycles of the light before I was able to get through the intersection and there were not that many cars on KV blvd.
