Description

After you cross the railroad towards Dickerson Rd there is a place that TDOT or Metro has dug up on Douglas Ave that does not have a panel on it and it is way too deep to be uncovered. I drove over it tonight , and it is pretty dark in that area so you don't see until it is too late. I could have sworn it tore the bottom of my Envoy to pieces. I can't imagine how it would feel if I was in a small car.
