There have been many complaints have 2000 Hanover Avenue. It is a rental with garbage bins that remain on the sidewalk and not in the backyard or garage. At the present there is only one garbage bin which is overflowing. A person from 2006 Hanover was seen placing garbage bags on the sidewalk next to the overflowing bin --- rather than using the one in his yard. Our neighborhood looks unsightly with the bins on the sidewalk but now looks like a New York neighborhood with the garbage bags stacking up! Please! To resolve: contact 2006 Hanover and tell them to use their own bins and (2) get the property owner of 2000 Hanover to relocate the bins to the garage she rents. According to the city ordinance, garbage bins are to removed from the sidewalk within 24 hours of pickup.
