On 12/11/2014 Joseph Cobb reported that the property owner received a violation notice for the ilegally placed sign. The second scheduled inspection is on or around 12/25/2014. Updates will follow.

Inspector Joseph Cobb, visited the property on 12/16/2014 and reported that there was no violation found at the time of their inspection. After research into the municipal code Chapter 3, Advertising and Signs, it is found that there is no violation with the sign.
