Recycling bins are meant to be secured to limit the items placed within them. Cardboard boxes must be broken down before placing them within the recycling bins. The sanitation bin, however, provides full access for trash disposal. A crew will visit the site to ensure that the surrounding area is cleaned up and items are placed within the proper receptacles.

Thanks for the quick reply. It appears that they are all meant to be cardboard bins, but the folks who are using this area seem to be dumping other than cardboard items there. Thanks again for looking after this problem area.
