I haven't received any more complaints about the FreeB missing stops or being late. Therefore this issue will be closed.

I am looking to why this FreeB was not running this day (apparently). I know the drivers record their times, what did they look like this day would be a good place to start? Was there a notification that the FreeB was not running this day or this time or this route? Weather was fine, no traffic was apparent from where I could see on Nassau Street. If this is supposed to be a service for connecting to the train, it has to work and be on time and show up, not just drive around town whenever....

After investigation into the drivers records for that day it appears the FreeB was running that morning however it was running late. The driver may have gone by you or the bus was running that late that it missed you. We apologize for that mistake.
