damage to my son car 500.00 on Howard st flower garden--- the city plows straight over it --- the drive thur howard st problem can be fix very simple by taken down the traffic light at stillwater ave.---- and clean up what use to be a beautiful street ---pretty simple

Not sure what the flower garden has to do with the traffic light on Stillwater Ave. But, I'm assuming its because Howard St. is a short cut to the Bangor Mall. Lets face it. It has been a short cut for many many years and will always be a short cut. The only way to keep the speaders down is to have stop signs at every intersection. You remove the traffic light on Stillwater and your risking the residence on that street having a very difficult time getting in from Stillwater. Lets face it. Speeders are always going to be speeders. Stop signs, speed limits ect are like locks. They are only for the honest .

I think we've spent enough money on Howard Street. And, the drive through "problem" was resolved by the voters during the city wide referendum. That issue is over.
