Description

A blue pick up truck has been parked illegally for a month in the same place and has not moved. It has a long expired visitors permit and does not have a residential parking permit. The vehicle has not been ticketed a single time and has not been towed. This sets a bad precedent that anyone can just park illegally for an extended period of time without any repercussion. This vehicle is blocking a good chunk of parking space that residents who have paid for parking permits and visitors with lawful visitors permits could use.
