We need sidewalks around the lake!! A man and his dog were struck while walking. I walk around the lake all of the time with an elderly lady that lives in the senior center down the road. I am scared for her!!! She enjoys her walks and has a walker but has to be in the road! It is not safe. Many in the neighborhood walk around the lake with their dogs, for exercise, etc... And the sidewalks for all of them, myself and Merle included, would make it much safer to enjoy the lake.
