car running all hrs of the night very noisy please help. I have ask them to stop please send police to check it out think they might be dealing drugs out of there car. every night about 12 1 2 3 hrs of the morning I'm a tax payer & they are renting I have talk to there landlord but northing is being done silver or grey car Honda Civic black tints in driveway. can the city please send them a noise complaint notice.
