Description
This intersection needs a complete overhaul and redesign. The congestion from 3pm is ridiculous as cars are all fighting to turn onto Howe, which is single lane until the next light. When the lights are green, cars have nowhere to go other than be creative by using every inch of the road and shoulders. Vehicles turning right from Ewen are legally required to turn on Green only, but when it's Green, they can't go because cars have already piled into the intersection.

Agree. This is only going to get worse.
I commented on SeeClickFix about the Howes/91A insurrection and City redirected me to the Ministry. If we have more people email them, we might get somewhere.
