collectors combined two neighbors' cans of commingled recyclables into one can and then tossed in the truck. they didn't all fit in a single can, so items fell out and broke in the street. absolutely no effort to clean it up (I watched). I picked up the can and a couple big chunks of glass, but someone needs to clean the rest of this mess up.
