Can you explain to all the tax-payers in Grande Prairie, why the trail system along 108 street ( Wapiti Road ) and 84 avenue is not yet cleaned considering the snowfall was one full week ago? And again, why at the exit of Mission Heights Drive and 84th avenue has a snow berm covering the left hand turning lane (to go West ) is covered with a pile of snow, so there is not enough room for two vehicles. People have to drive up on the sidewalk to turn right or block traffic altogether. It is also a very icy exit as it has a decline in the road. We should not have to wait til they take the whole berm away to have this cleared. They did clear the berm where the city bus turns off of Michaelis Boulevard onto Mission Heights, surely the can clean it at the 84th / MHDrive intersection.

Snow at the area in question was removed. The trail networks in Grande Prairie has its own priority system for clearing and responsibility for this is shared between Transportation, Parks and Muskoseepi Park depending on the location of the trail. Progress on trails can be slowed due to equipment repair issues. Your concerns have been noted.
