There is a problem with trash being thrown onto lawns where the properties are vacant. If flyers or other papers are going to be delivered, they should be carried to the mail slots and or left inside of storm door slots and never tossed up on front lawns. This creates an eyesore at vacant properties and does not benefit anyone.
