At the I 65 N ramp at Harding Pl. during rush hour, people will not wait their turn in line so instead, they fly up the straight ahead/left turn lane and when the light turns green, they make a right turn around the median causing those in the right hand turning lane to have to swerve to miss them. I'm afraid at some point, someone will be hurt. I can almost identify each of the cars that do it everyday. Seems to be the same people everyday risking the well being or the lives of others. Police can really write up a lot of tickets there.

I've moved to the Memphis area and my friends who still travel that exit at Harding tell me it's still bad. So, I guess nothing has been done.
