Descrição

No traffic is able to cross Kempsville from Brandon to Beaufain. We sat through 4 light cycles with no green for Brandon traffic. This continues to be a problem at least once a week. I have requested this to be repaired multiple times. In future, I will report it as a hazard to the city police department.
