I certainly appreciate the situation at the dog park, the problem we are faced with involves the cost to install lighting. Currently I don''t believe there is a power source even at Gilkison, so the power supply will have to be brought down the road and then a service set up into the park. The cost will be very expensive, not impossible to do, we we have to determine whether the cost is justified.
