With the homeless population growing and garbage massively growing around this creek, it becomes a major flood problem and health problem for people living in the area. The first rain we had in October the creek filled almost 1/4 of the way, I will attach a picture. There is only one way for the for the creek to flow and that is through 5 ft round tunnel, which can be blocked by the garbage and especially by a tent which could cause flooding. The Condo's could get flooded, causing a major law suit because this has been addressed many times. I am surprised to see that flood control hasn't done anything about this yet.
Anyone that lives on Renwick please add comment to this. Remember the more people that addresses this problem, the quicker the problem gets resolved.

We find garbage downstream in terrace dr. Backing up the flow with things like tents and suitcases. I hope Renwick residents sue this stinking city.

Here is something most residents in Antioch don't know. They are camped on East Antioch creek. Not only do they dump their trash in the storm channel, they use the creeks as their own private toilets. The same goes for any encampment near a storm channel or creek in Antioch. In this case water in the creek flows into Lake Alhambra and from there into the river, 50 yards from the City's drinking water intake. Yes our water is treated but toilet to tap isn't very appealing. I have made this abundently clear to our leadership and the County where vagrants camp on Flood Control property off Wilbur Avenue. Evidently they have forgotten or just don't care. Sorry folks. FOOS

Unfortunately I didnt. He had a dealership plate without numbers.

We need more traction to these posts. So if you have a social media. Please share so we can get more people to see, comment and share. We also need to start bugging PG&E. PG&E started posting signs but thats it.

There needs to be a collaboration between the city and PG&E otherwise nothing will get accomplished. FOOS
