I was under the impression the banks are required to check on properties every 30 days. This house has contained trash for much more than that time frame. Is there anyone else the neighborhood can reach out to have this issue resolved? We should not be responsible for cleaning this property as well as our own. The bank is responsible for putting the tarp up, mowing the lawn etc… and should be held responsible to ensure this home is maintained just as a home owner would be. This is absurd that this is yet to be resolved months/years later. Please anything you can to do to assist is greatly appreciated it.
