Hartford Turnpike is a State road. I reported this situation to the DOT office that handles traffic lights on Thursday, November 10th.

It is now June 27, 2014 and the issue still has not been addressed!! The intersection is a major safety hazard! Everyday drivers are at risk of being in an accident because there are NO TURN SIGNALS at the intersection. My co-worker almost got hit yesterday. Drivers frequently run red lights at that intersection which makes turning at that light even more dangerous!

I think someone may be looking into it. I hope something is done soon because there was another accident at the intersection yesterday!

This issue appears to have been taken care of, the current light has a turn signal. Thank you Anne-Marie for reporting this issue to the state DOT!
