Description

Sorry for the nighttime photo but this dead tree, located on PS 28 grounds, is constantly dropping branches during high winds and storms, such as the big branch (seen in the picture) that's stuck among the other branches, waiting to be knocked down. Children gather near it every morning and it's only a matter of time before something happens. I've emailed the school directly about it but never received a response.
