The traffic signal at Sheridan and Jaguar way is a perfect example of a traffic light that should be blinking yellow for cars on Sheridan and blinking red for cars on Jaguar Way after a certain hour. It is a huge nuisance that a car that goes to turn right out of Altis at 3 am. can make a car going down Sheridan wait for multiple minutes for literally nothing.
