Regarding prior Illegal Spills / Water Pollution Issue ID: 13783035

There appear to be two problems.

1> There does not appear to be anyway to re-open this report as instructed by the closure notice. This problem has persisted as made evident by today's rain event.

2> Today's rain event (12/15/2022) magnified the impact of the 'leaf dumping/collection' by neighbors who live upstream of the riprap stormdrainage easement running through 6305 Belle Crest and 6301 Belle Crest. As a result of the additional clogging of the 'dumped leafs' the drainage has become clogged.

A. Valley Estates Dr drainage is attempting to empty into a stormwater drainage channel that has become 'dammed' by previously reported leaf dumping.
Q. What has been spilled/discharge?
A. Other
Q. Please describe the discharge.
A. Lawn wate debris.
Q. Is there an odor or color?
A. Both
Q. Has the spill/discharge reached as stream or storm drain?
A. Yes
Q. If possible, can you provide an estimated quantity of the spill/discharge?
A. At least two-three lawn bins of lawn waste debris. Plus there appears to be plastic containers now as well.
